WALLTITE® cavity wall insulation.

Walltite Cavity Wall InsulationWALLTITE cavity wall foam insulation is used to reduce the heat loss of existing and new build cavity walls consisting of masonry inner and outer leaf construction. Installed as a liquid through a pattern of 12mm pre-drilled holes it expands within the cavity to gently fill each void eventually setting as a rigid polyurethane high-density insulation. WALLTITE seals the cavity thereby preventing air leakage. The increased airtightness effect adds to the systems already superior thermal performance helping to reduce energy bills and creating a more comfortable living environment.

Walltite Insulation Refurb

Partial Fill Application

WALLTITE cavity wall foam insulation is ideal for restoring the structural stability and reducing the heat loss associated with existing cavity walls already partially filled with rigid board insulation.

Walltite is also ideal where the need to reduce air leakage is important. The insulation seals the cavity, does not settle or allow air to pass through. Installed as a liquid through a pattern of 12mm pre-drilled holes it expands within the cavity to gently fill each void eventually setting as a rigid polyurethane high-density insulation.

Performance data

Typical u-value prior to Walltite installation (assumes 60mm existing EPS insulation board with 40mm cavity) 0.51 W/m2k
Typical u-value post Walltite installation (assumes 60mm existing EPS board with 40mm Walltite) 0.29 W/m2k
Thermal performance improvement in percentage terms 75%
Airtight Yes
Water resistant Yes
